All employees of participating entities can use the Avedo Talents referral platform. Simply create an account with your work email address and start referring candidates for open positions.
How much can I earn?
Reward amounts vary by position and are displayed on each job listing. Typically, bonuses are paid in stages — a portion upon hiring and the remainder after the probation period. You can also choose between cash payouts or shop points.
What happens to my data?
Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy. We only use your information to manage your referrals, process rewards, and communicate with you about the status of your referrals. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
How long does the process take?
After you submit a referral, the recruiting team reviews the candidate. You can track the status in your dashboard in real time. The entire process — from referral to potential hiring — typically takes several weeks, depending on the position and the recruiting pipeline.
